ScrumGate, LLC was founded by Mahmud Ahmed with one goal in mind: translating seemingly complex abstract strategies into successful business solutions. Started as a business analyst and later led the Agile transformation at the largest municipal retirement system in the US to working as an Agile Coach in multiple firms, Mahmud has acquired a skill set in directing the development of innovative applications and solutions in diverse environments.
For over six years, Mahmud has been consulting and providing professional advisory to fortune 50 companies. He has trained, coached and mentored teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies. He is particular about improvements, fostering growth and achieving goals. He applies an analytical approach to solve problems by harnessing potentials and inspiring technical teams to succeed and cultivating trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.
